Well, the great tragedy of the weekend is that I didn't get more pictures of my shower and family time! Please refer to Kandid Kiwi for some shower pix and I'm hoping Happily Ever After managed to get some family ones....pregnant girls just don't think of these things as much! Basically it was the highlight of our summer so far: Kelly flew in Wednesday night & spent Thursday with me, culminating in our favorite Pink Poker game! Right after Pink Pokes I went to get my mom from the airport; Kendall, Ricky, Dad, and Jaxon showed up around noon on Friday. Husbands went backpacking and the rest of us chilled at home. Saturday was the best shower EVER thanks to Pinky, Kelly, and all our precious church family, followed by yet ANOTHER exciting present from my parents--Heidi's travel system!! We had such a great time and our little family felt so loved and "prepared" for Heidi's arrival. We even managed to fit in a tour of the hospital with everyone! Everyone was so helpful with getting the nursery ready and I'm hoping it's on the home stretch to completion (pictures soon). Stay tuned ya'll.
