Narnia Under Seige II: It's Getting Closer!

Shortly after starting this blog I posted about the upcoming Philip Pullman movie. What can I say? I wanted to write about issues is all.

And this really is an issue for anyone who likes C.S. Lewis. Or is even considering the Christian faith. Or who has children.

I saw the preview the other day and it is alarming. Because we have been so conditioned to accept edgy fantasies and the movie frankly looks interesting and good.

For someone who hates Narnia so much, he certainly tries hard to imitate it. And that's why the movie looks good. Talking animals, something about goodishness and evilishness, great special effects and lots of snow.

The good news is that Prince Caspian is coming out in May. Let's save our trip to the theatre for that!

your Caspian link is broken... imdb.com.

I didn't know they were remaking more of the Narnia movies! I hope they can equal the BBC versions I watched growing up...
