Nano!! Part II
So, we are officially at war with the nano. It just so happens that I am married to a master of google earth. Incidental use, purely incidental. According to his PhD calculations, the loop he did the other day was exactly a 5k. So, I set out to run that loop. Okay, I cut a few corners, but I did at least 3k, maybe even 4k. According to Nano, I ran 1k. This thing is mean! Starting to remind me of Hal! On top of that, according to google earth, I am covering some serious contour lines, like at a 90 degree angle. Nano!

Maybe your nano is confused by altitude changes? I recommend mapmyrun dot com, if you use the free version you have to put up with ads but it's easier to map runs than with google earth. I'm sorry your nano disappointed you. Does it at least play your favorite motivational tunes while you run?
maybe you don't have it set right or something! bad nano! OR maybe nano just wants to push you to run farther!!
I have tried several things: calibrating and recalibrating, carefully reading the nano website--I think the nike app is designed to work especially with the special $100 shoes or I just run so slowly that it can't tell I'm moving. Now that is depressing!
just keep running, just keep running, just keep running running running
Hal- i know what movie you're talking about!! just watched it. dont get it.
