Recent travel to Wheaton, IL for David's graduation allowed a nice opportunity for a surprise Baby shower for Kendall. But seeing her six months along was a surprise for us all. There is a universal beauty in the expectant mother, but when it's someone you've known forever who is dear to your heart, everything is magnified beyond imagination.

Summer, I hate that I didn't get a good chance to talk to you last night, but I was so glad to see that you've returned safely, and I look forward to catching up with you soon. Let's do lunch again!
