It is no longer just a baby. With all the Christmas activity, it is now the Baby Jesus. Heidi is Mary, Jaxon is Jophess (not a spelling error, the correct 3 yr pronunciation) and Jesus is being constantly carted back and forth to Bethlehem.Not sure what to do with this. Cute? Blasphemous? Definitely cute. Glad she is absorbing the story. But still not sure where to go from here. Feeling like we can never cook the baby, but then, baby will eventually start to die a slow and painful, and messy death.
Somehow we have to send the Baby to Egypt--or maybe there will be a midnight escape following by some delicious roasted squash.
